NetSuite Activation Workflow Update

NetSuite pricing broadcasts in MX6 now trigger the correct activation flow through the MXM Checkout API, ensuring that accept and decline actions properly activate the app and record a single Completed event in the app history without relying on legacy MX Merchant sync behavior.

Enhancements

Updated Ideas Portal Link in MX Merchant

The lightbulb icon in MX Merchant’s top navigation bar now directs users to the Jira Ideas Webform, replacing the deprecated AHA! Ideas Portal while maintaining all existing navigation behavior.

Streamlined Terminal Visibility for Canadian Merchants

Terminal lists for Canadian merchants in MXM now display only active, registered devices assigned to the selected merchant, preventing terminals associated with other merchants from appearing in Settings → Terminals.

TSYS Merchant Migration Enablement

Updates to the Boarding API now support routing all TSYS merchants through the Vortex platform. These changes work alongside coordinated database updates, batch handling, and migration scripts to safely transition approximately 67,000 merchants while maintaining rollback options and preserving existing whitelisting behavior.
